Вопрос статистики. :-))) Из типа, что СССР потеряла в войне 20 000 000 человек. Все повторяли как заведенные, пока не добрались до первоисточника.
Так и тут - откуда 80% ? Почему не 83 или 79? А может 42? :-)))
